The Role:
The role will be based in their Milton office, very close to public transport, in a very professional office environment. You will be responsible for the full suite of reception duties, organising boardroom usage, and providing administration and clerical assistance to staff within the office.
You:
Our client has a VERY low turnover of staff, and as such, always look for the best when adding to their team.
You will need to possess all of the following attributes:
- previous reception experience, in a professional, corporate environment
- impeccable personal presentation
- strong communication skills
- very high attention to detail, enabling you to multi-task and ensure accuracy of information
- a fun, outgoing personality, matched with a high level of professionalism and pride in your work.
- loyalty to your previous employers will be closely examined in your application also
This role is for someone with previous corporate reception experience, and will offer you a high level of people contact, whilst being a part of a vibrant, energetic administration team.
The package on offer is a base of $40k - $42k + super; there is a lot of public transport close by, as well as parking. My client is looking to bring ????? ????? board immediately.
