Our client is a growing Australian company with operations located locally and around the Pacific Rim. They are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with prior experience in mining to join their Brisbane based head office.

 

Being a commercial decision maker your duties will include-

• Implementing project cost control procedures
• Coordinate financial management and reporting processes
• Preparation of site budget and financial targets supporting it with forecasting and analysis
• Analyse business performances and asses financial risks
• Review all commercial and contractual conditions and making decisions on tenders and other business matters

 

Ideally you will display relevant qualifications coupled with significant commercial experience within the mining sector. You will also have well developed communication, negotiation and analytical skills with a proactive hands-on approach to work.  An attractive salary package is on offer for meeting the above criteria.
