Our large, ASX listed client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their city-fringe offices, close to public transport. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for processing around (??) ???? ???? invoices per week using JD Edwards. As this is a high volume environment, data entry speed and accuracy is extremely important, as is the ability to work well under pressure. You will also be responsible for supplier & bank reconciliations and must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ideally you will have at least 3-5 years experience in a high volume, full function accounts payable capacity. You will have outstanding communication skills to communicate with clients on the telephone, and be able to solve problems logically. JD Edwards experience will highly regarded.
