About the Role
Based within the Service Centre in our Retail Division and reporting to the National Service Centre Manager, this role is responsible for leading and managing TOWER’s Customer Care team, driving initiatives to deliver outstanding and continuously improving service to TOWER’s customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of up to 10 Customer Care Consultants;
- Driving the improvement of customer service to exceed expectations of external and internal stakeholders;
- Handling escalated enquiries and liaising with the complaints resolution department as needed;
- Nurture mutually beneficial relationships with other internal customer facing teams to ensure seamless customer management throughout TOWER
About You
You will have prior experience in successfully managing a small to medium sized team, ideally in a call ????? ?????. Your experience within Financial Services and knowledge of the Life Insurance Industry will ensure your application stands out from the rest.
You will have demonstrable experience in ensuring ????? ????? and highest levels of customer care.
Above all your strong communication skills, leadership capability and change management mindset will ensure your success in this role.
Whilst not essential, RG146 compliance will be looked upon favourably.
