About the Role
This role is accountable for the provision of outstanding service to TOWER’s most valued Advisers within an environment of empowerment, excellence and change. Working within a close-knit team dedicated to servicing our most valued Advisers, the purpose of the role is to deepen service relationships and increase sales.
This role will be highly customer focused. The successful applicant will be expected to interact openly and confidently with Advisers, the team members and other TOWER employees on a daily basis.
Reporting to a Manager in the National Service Centre your key responsibilities will include:
- To answer Adviser enquiries regarding new applications, existing risk policies, and where required, claims and underwriting
- Actively manage new business submissions to completion
- Make regular out-bound calls to Advisers and their support staff
- Work with relevant Advisers on customer retention activity
- Maintain an awareness of adviser business issues, and provide relevant feedback and information to the team
- Work with Sales, Underwriting and Claims Managers in developing strong relationships with allocated Premium Advisers
About You
This role requires someone with exceptional customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication and strong relationship building skills. Influencing skills and conflict resolution would also be key attributes required for this position.
You will have experience within a similar client facing role. Your understanding and ideally experience within the Insurance Industry will be to your advantage.
