Customer Service/Internal Sales

The Internal Sales/Customer service role is critical to the business and requires an astute technically minded person who is able to provide exceptional customer service and provide thorough sales support to our existing and new clients.  The position is based in Milperra and provides an opportunity for the right person to develop and grow with the business.

Ideally you will have trade qualifications with HVAC or Building services experience and sound sales and customer service experience within the building or construction industry.  You will have intermediate PC skills and enjoy working within a busy office environment with an administrative focus.

The role will require the successful applicant to:

• Generate and follow-up quotations and other types of correspondence.
• Prospect for new business.
• Ordering ????? ????? supply orders.
• Organising despatch of goods with warehouse manager.
• Follow-up order deliveries.
• Use and manage the company Goldmine sales and marketing CRM system.
• Use the company TSM service and maintenance program.
• Update website material as required.
• Produce & maintain product price lists.
• Manage brochure and advertising literature.
• Assist with marketing activities including company news letters.
