Our client is a leading provider of world class electronic technology solutions. They specialise in the design, development, supply and service of display technology for a broad range of clients across Defence and Aerospace, Commercial and Industrial sectors, locally and internationally.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a mature Administration Assistant to join the business and provide secretarial and administration support to the Executive Director and team.
The successful candidate will possess solid skills in MS Office suite, knowledge of bookkeeping, strong numerical and written communication skills, high level accuracy rate for data entry and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, whilst working on multiple tasks.
Experience in an administration position is highly desirable, but equally candidates with experience as a co-ordinator, personal assistant, secretary or document controller are encouraged to apply.
