Have a minimum industry Qualification at the level required for the delivery of training
Have minimum Certificate IV Training and Assessment ( TAA)
Have a working with children check
Are a dynamic and passionate Trainer
Experience in delivering VET programs
Excellent understanding of Adult Learning principles
