Due to their continuing success, an opportunity to become a key player on a huge, 3 tower, mixed use development in Bahrain has arisen. Reporting to the Project Director, we are looking to recruit and experienced Senior MEP Manager to work on one of their key, tall tower developments.
You will also take control of full MEP works when the project goes to construction so will need to have a good understanding of the full lifecycle of a project.
As the successful applicant, you will:
Take responsibility for the overall services of the project
Manage design, procurement, contract and cost and time and priority procedures
Manage a multinational team
Liaise with MEP consultants and sub contractors
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree qualified in a mechanical or civil engineering
10 years min exp in similar role and environment
Solid design and construction supervisory experience on tall tower projects
