My Client is a newly established JV company based in Abu Dhabi. They are a International oil and gas facilities service provider, offering ????? ????? range of engineering, design, procurement and construction services for onshore oil an gas, refining and petrochemical projects.

Due to the award of a new project, there is an urgent requirement for a PROJECT ENGINEERING ????? ?????. In this role you will be based in Abu Dhabi (family status provided).

Project Details

• You will be involved on a US$2.1 billion project for the construction of the 4th NGL train at the Ruwais complex in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Instrumentation, Electrical and Telecommunication teams in carrying out all Engineering ????? ????? large Projects. Coordinate between the teams and serve as the bridge between engineering, procurement and project management teams
• Participate in the planning and scheduling of the scope of Engineering ????? ????? project
• Ensure that the Engineering ????? ????? engineers adequately address the project’s manpower requirements
• Ensure that engineering ????? ????? by the project engineering ????? ????? the project requirements in terms of technical content and follow project specific procedures such as the engineering ????? ?????, quality plan, document numbering ????? ????? of approval
• Ensure participation of the engineering ????? ????? in project engineering ????? ????? assist resolution of any issues arising out of the same.
• Perform checks to ensure that the procurement specifications generated by the engineering ????? ????? completely in line with project specifications with no discrepancies. Provide assistance as and when required in the strategic procurement planning
• Ensure that interface items between disciplines are addressed by the project engineering ????? ????? seek management advise and assistance where required
• Act as the interface between the Engineering ????? ????? the Project Management team and ensure smooth transfer of information

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical/Chemical)
• Minimum 15 years of related petrochemical Project Engineering ????? ????? from consultancy organizations in the EPC of the Oil and Gas Industry
• Must be Fluent in English communication
