Operating across various market sectors they have successfully completed iconic projects within both commercial properties and government facilities.
Due to internal movement this highly competitive and progressive company is seeking to appoint an extremely organised and efficient office administrator for an initial 12 month contract.
Working in this fast paced and demanding environment requires someone with great initiative, attention to detail and reliability. This challenging and diverse role holds the following responsibilities:
- Word processing, typing and formatting of reports and letters
- Provide assist in the preparation of tenders and submissions
- Coordinate internal and external documents including faxes and email
- Assist in the coordination of project schedules and ensure they are accurately maintained.
- Maintain vehicle registration
- Document archiving and filing
- Managing incoming calls for division and distribute messages promptly

Located in Adelaide’s northern suburbs this excellent position is due to commence between the middle of December and early January. Experience in the construction industry or electrical contraction will be advantageous
