Coordinator/ Senior Clinician Adolescent & Young Adults Counselling Program

Djerriwarrh Health Services is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced practitioner to lead the Adolescent and Young Adults Counselling program. This is a new program which will integrate existing service provision in counselling in the area of Adolescents, Young Adults and their families, as well as recruiting a further 3.0 EFT in the team. It will compliment the existing Paediatric and Adult Health programs at Melton Health and Counselling Services in the three Community Health Centres at Melton, Bacchus Marsh and Melton East. The program will be based at Melton Health.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to assist in further developing health programs for Adolescents, Young Adults and their families in one of the fastest growing communities in Victoria.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in the Health and Social Community Services field;
- Postgraduate qualifications in Family Therapy;
- Experience in clinical and staff coordination in Youth, Family and/or Children's Services;
- Experience in leadership in a multi-disciplinary team;
- Strong computer literacy;
- Current Victorian drivers licence.
