The Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board (MFB) is seeking a well qualified person with extensive experience in air conditioning and ventilation systems.

This role is responsible for managing all HVAC maintenance and associated capital works programs across a large and very diverse property portfolio.

To secure this position, a forward thinking approach, the ability to integrate HVAC and facility management capital and maintenance works, as well as the ability to prepare specifications for capital works programs is essential.

The successful candidate, in addition to possessing relevant experience in a wide range of HVAC systems, will also ideally possess an appropriate tertiary qualification. Knowledge of computer based building and asset management systems will also be a requirement.
