My client, a leading supplier of machine tools to the fabrication engineering ????? ????? industries requires a Mechanical Field Service Engineer working from their Melbourne branch office.
Your responsibilities will include installation & commissioning of a range of manual and CNC equipment as well as on-going service, maintenance, fault finding and repair.
To be considered for this role you will possess the following:
Qualifications in an engineering ????? ????? (Fitting & Machining, Mech Eng…)
- Australian recognised Qualifications ONLY!
A healthy knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Much more than the ability to spell them!
A sound mechanical aptitude
- You know how things work by looking at them!
Diagnostic abilities
- You can identify problems and fix them!
General knowledge of machinery and CNC controls
- Tell me what you know!
Ability to work efficiently and unsupervised
- You have initiative!
A full and current NSW driver’s license with good record
- Please don’t tell me you have 1 point left!
A restricted electrical licence would be an advantage
