My client is as secure as it gets! With new product lines moving from prototype to manufacture both here and overseas, you will be part of a rock solid company that will see you safely through the recession.

This role offers variety and the chance to challenge your engineering ????? ????? abilities.  They seek a trades person to oversea production as production manager.  There may also be the opportunity to get some time on the tools as well if required.

You will be managing a team of 9. Working on a variety of projects under construction, this role offers variety and a whole lot of challenge. You will be motivating and managing the team, task allocation, sourcing suppliers and negotiating supply contracts, dealing with contractors in off site production, time and budget management.  You will be able to spot potential opportunities and advise upper management that a new business line may be worth while creating.

Character wise, the seek a decision maker, a leader, someone with backbone.  In time you will be running this part of the operation as though it was your own, so you need the experience, drive and leadership skills to keep it moving forward.  Skills wise, a trade background with welding and machining experience and a proven strong leadership ability.

There will be an initial handover period but once you are up to speed, you will be unsupervised for the most part and expected to bring ????? ????? results. If you have what it takes for this career opportunity, you better apply now!
