Reporting to the Team leader of Client Relationship management, your responsibilities will include: • Building strong, effective and reciprocal internal and external relationships • Proactively identifying and managing risks to client relationships • To be abreast of any industry/client specific information • Manage escalated client issues • Project work as required • Be involved and support the wider business plan of the organisation To be successful in this role you will ideally have the personal drive, flexibility and ambition to really contribute to an organisation and reap both the personal and financial rewards of your hard work and dedication. You will also be able to demonstrate relevant work experience in a similar role, where you have been required to communicate and present in a professional manner, build rapport with ease and problem solve.
