Busbrand are behind well known brands including Guess, Aldo and Travelite. Due to continued growth of our business, we are on the lookout for experienced Store Managers & Assistant Managers for various Guess stores located across Melbourne.

As a Store Manager your experience will be recognised with a base salary of up to $45,000 p/a as will your hard work with a generous bonus scheme.
Reporting to the State Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to…
- Managing and motivating a team to ensure that sales targets and budgets are met
- Inventory management and visual merchandising
- Rostering staff and measuring staff performance
As an Assistant Manager your experience will be recognised with a base salary of up to $36,000 p/a as will your hard work with a generous bonus scheme.
Reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to…
- Managing and motivating a team to ensure that sales targets and budgets are met
- Inventory management and visual merchandising
- Supporting the Store manager with additional tasks and ensuring you and the team are providing excellent customer service to all

If you have previous experience in a senior or managerial position within the retail industry, are highly interpersonal with the ability to influence those around you, have intermediate computer skills and have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster through all retail hours then please apply.
