We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager within our Retail Operations team at Sussan.
Reporting to the National Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Business Manager Team to maximise sales, profit and grow market share throughout all of the Sussan retail stores nationally.
You will have demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning to continually drive sales and profit.
This role will be based in VIC and will cover stores across VIC, WA & SA. Fortnightly interstate travel required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating and developing the regional sales team within the allocated regions
- Creating the customer experience
- Driving Retail KPI’s such as monitoring of daily and weekly progressive sales on a daily basis in conjunction with business managers and monitoring and management of monthly wage projections
- Providing weekly feedback to Management team on weekly sales performance, missed opportunities store and state feedback
- Supporting the Retail Operations Manager to develop and implement strategic department initiatives
- Supporting the National Visual Merchandising Manager in the implementation of new VM initiatives and roll outs
- Working with the Finance team in formulating sales and salary budgets by store/ region, and ongoing management of expense budgets
