As the Showroom Manager you will communicate effectively with customers and co-workers and ideally have high-quality retail sales experience and be inspired and inspiring ????? ????? to achieve team goals. You will enjoy the learning process, be passionate about personal growth and have a flair for design. You will manage and develop professional sales people to drive sales but at the forefront of this will be a true desire to deliver beyond the expectations of their customers and clients.

Of course achieving company goals and maximizing store promotions with marketing initiatives, will be in your repertoire, as will exceptional administrative and interpersonal skills. You will report directly to the Group Sales Manager and be able to demonstrate proven retail management experience in the Furniture/Fabric or interior design industries.

Willingness to work alternate weekends (10am 4pm Saturday No Sundays)
