In a market that sees businesses downsizing, our client has gone from strength to strength and is now seeking to appoint talented and passionate individuals in their growth stage. Unlike other luxury brands where there is one or two customers per day, this is a fast paced, high volume business that requires only those with high energy. We seek interested applicants who meet the criteria for the following role:
Assistant Sales Manager who will effectively lead, develop and support Sales Professionals to exceed individual sales plans with a strong focus on the execution of providing a high level of customer service. You will have:
- Management experience of large and diverse retail teams
- Serve as a role model for knowledge and behaviours (coach and mentor)
- Experience within a luxury retail environment
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable
- A second language would be highly regarded
To be considered for this career shaping opportunities, you will have worked in a luxury goods environment previously, where your presentation is immaculate and your communication ability is second to none. The drive to succeed in a sales arena is your motivator, as is the desire to achieve healthy commissions. Quite simply you love people and love engaging with your clientele and team. Gemology experience or qualifications would also be highly regarded. Senior salaries will be negotiated with the successful applicants based on proven experience.
