What we need
We are seeking a self-motivated, sales oriented individual who is looking for the next step in their career. Your previous retail experience in a leadership capacity will ensure the future success of this store!
What you'll be doing
- Achieving monthly budgeted sales through effective team leadership
- Managing rosters
- Maintain stock and store presentation
- Complete weekly and monthly store administration tasks
- Merchandise stock
- Process, store and replenish stock
- Coach, monitor and motivate your team
