An opportunity has become available for an energetic and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our Sheridan concept store in David Jones Doncaster.
Your key responsibilities will be to assist the Store Manager in the day to day running of the store, inventory management, visual merchandising and staff development.
On a day to day basis, the requirements of this role will include:
- Providing excellent customer service and driving sales
- Leading a small team
- Achieving budgeted sales and managing the store’s financials
- Maintaining stock and store presentation and merchandise stock
- Help complete weekly and monthly store administration tasks
- Process, store and replenish stock
To succeed in this position, you will have:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager of a similar size business
- Proven sales ability and the desire to deliver impeccable customer service
- Eagerness for structured career progression within a reputable company
- Proven experience in managing a small team autonomously
- Experience managing bulk stock
- Passion for the Sheridan product and brand
