You will assist the instore management team in the efficient operation of a major multi category store.
The focus will be on the development of a culture of ‘Excellence in Service’ within the business. This will include training and developing a large team to achieve sales, spend per head targets and merchandise presentation standards.
Is this You?
• Retail management experience at a senior level in a large sales oriented retail environment.
• A talent for developing and influencing a large team with sound time management skills.
• You will enjoy the flexibility of shift work and be prepared to work one day of every weekend
• A relevant tertiary qualification although not essential will be highly regarded as will an ability to manage a demanding workload under pressure
