We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Night Operations Support to join our Operations team at Coles Express.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will provide operational support and emergency incident management for the greater operations team during ????? ?????. You will undertake audits of safety, security and retail standards, ensuring 24 hour coordination of emergency rosters. Roster replacement activities, identification of breaches of company policy and standards, compliance audits and basic investigations are other important aspects of this varied and challenging role.
In addition, you will identify potential internal and external risks and threats relating to physical security, legislative obligations, HSS&E, and duty of care. You will also ensure the provision of timely, accurate feedback and recommendations to the Coles Express management team.
To succeed in this role, you will have retail operations experience, a proven history in value retailing and experience in facilitating change. You will understand how to utilize peoples’ talents to achieve results and you will also have exceptional communication verbal, written and influencing skills.
Intermediate computer skills are required and fuel operations experience is advantageous but not essential.
