An opportunity has become available for an Assistant Manager with energy, passion and a proven ability to succeed in an exciting and challenging retail environment. You will be required to work 38 hours per week, which includes working rotating weekends.
Your key responsibilities will be to assist the Store Manager in the day to day running of the store, inventory management, visual merchandising and help develop, train, motivate and lead your team to the top!
On a day to day basis the requirements of this role will include:
- Achieving budgeted sales and managing the store’s financials
- Maintain stock and store presentation and merchandise stock
- Complete weekly and monthly store administration tasks
- Process, store and replenish stock
To succeed in this position you will possess strong sales ability, proven experience in managing a small to medium sized team, the desire to deliver impeccable customer service and adaptability.
