Job Description is:
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will manage and drive the performance of a number of fabulous stores across Melbourne. As an ambassador to this fashion phenomenon, you will drive success through excellent customer service, selling techniques, store presentation, and management of store operating costs.
Key results areas are:
• Sales performance/reviews/forecasts
• Employ, motivate, train and develop store staff
• Implement and maintain clear customer service standards
• Maintain VM standards in store
• Management of store operations costs
The Successful Applicant will have:
• A proven track record of 4 years minimum multiple retail store management experience
• An energetic, vibrant approach with a lead by example attitude
• Passion for fashion!
