With roles across both food and non-food categories, these positions will give you a fantastic opportunity to use your sound commercial acumen to develop and execute the merchandise strategy for your category to drive growth and customer satisfaction. You will hold full accountability for the success of your portfolio with responsibility for product, range, price, merchandising and supplier relationships.
To be successful in these roles you will have proven experience in merchandise or commercial category management, ideally within the retail, FMCG or consumer sector. You will be entrepreneurial, innovative and creative with the ability to operate in a dynamic, customer-driven retail environment. Proven ability to champion and drive change, along with budget and financial management experience will be critical for your success. You will need to have strong people skills and the ability to take people with you at every stage, from building relationships with suppliers through to influencing and shaping thinking at the leadership table.
