Property Manager

PROPERTY MANAGER

Long established private Real Estate Development and Investment firm has immediate opening for an experienced Property Manager for it's Shopping Centres in the South Eastern suburbs.

The successful applicant should have a minimum of 5 years in the Property Management field and a sound knowledge of construction issues.

The applicant will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Shopping Centres with extensive experience in rent collections, tenant negotiations, dealing with City councillors and code issues. Knowledge of building maintentance, building systems and some experience in environmental issues would be helpful.

The successful applicant must be computer literate, know how to prepare and read financial reports, have an excellent understanding of commercial leases, common area maintenance issues, property and liability insurance and other issues affecting commercial real estate.

The applicant must also possess excellent oral and business writing skills, leasing and general negotiation skills, tenant improvement and development experience would be required.
