This is an exciting role that requires the talents of an experienced Centre Manager who has managed significant shopping centres, experienced redevelopment and implemented marketing strategies on a large scale.

You will have the rare opportunity to join and lead a team in a vibrant and busy shopping centre with a mix of majors and speciality stores. This role will suit a dynamic and well grounded property individual who is looking to work in a professional environment and enjoys a very "hands on" approach.

Ideally you will be a proven retail professional with experience in medium and large size centres and someone that is looking to use their capabilities to continue to build the value of the asset which is scheduled for a redevelopment in the near future. You will be savvy with tenants and find the win/win outcome to further develop client relationships. In this role you will oversee a small onsite team consisting of an administration manager, marketing manager and financial manager whilst reporting to the head of Retail Asset Management.
