  • Our client, a leader in providing property and service solutions worldwide, currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facility Leader to join their team based in Melbourne. Located at a prestigious CBD location, the role will see you responsible for management of total building services, including:

    • Mechanical and Electrical Services
    • HVAC, Essential Services
    • OH&S compliances
    • Maintenance software systems
    • Management of the preventative maintenance schedules.
    • Financial Management

    You will have an eye for detail, supervisory experience, a good understanding of a broad range of facilities services activities and most of all, a passion for the industry. Ideally you will hold tertiary qualifications in a relative building services discipline or come from a building services trade's background with previous Facilities Management experience

    The successful applicant will be customer services focused, have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks both concurrently and efficiently.
