With a substantial portfolio of development and investment assets with an end value >$3B which has been achieved through excellent relationships with like minded partners, financiers, authorities and tenants, our clients is looking at bolstering ????? ????? Management team.

 

They provide a range of asset and facilities management services across a broad mix of commercial, retail, industrial & residential properties and now they are looking for a talented Commercial Property Manager with sound Leasing experience to join them managing assets in and around Melbourne.

 

This is a busy hands-on role and you will be required to conduct all facets of property management including but not limited to:

 

• Leases: renewals, vacancies & rent reviews
• Monthly cash-flow reporting
• Full-year financial forecasting
• Capex management
• Maintaining strong relationships with tenants.

You will have the relevant experience in a similar position, strong numeracy and spreadsheet capabilities and will be looking to further advance your career.  Property related tertiary qualification and well as having used MRI software are preferable but not mandatory.
