Love getting out and about, meeting people, winning business and signing new managements - then look no further! This is your opportunity to work for a fast growing residential real estate agency in a bayside location.
There is absolutely no portfolio management involved in this role, so you will not be bogged down in paper work, attending tribunals, coordinating repairs and maintenance etc. Your sole focus will be to build the existing rent roll.
We are seeking an enthusiastic 'go getter' who enjoys the challenge of actively seeking & winning business. You MUST have previous experience within the Real Estate industry & an Agents Representative Certificate.
The person we are seeking will have a strong background in Real Estate and be now looking for a sales focused role which does not include daily Property Management tasks. Strong communication and people skills and impeccable presentation are also a must.
You will be rewarded with a generous base salary of $45K and a great commission structure on top! OTE of $75K expected in the first year!
