GARDENER - Aged Care

Our client are a modern aged care provider delivering ????? ????? to the elderly and their families. They currently have a vacancy for a gardener to work as part of their maintenance team. Working in a mobile role you will be solely responsible for the gardening and ground maintenance for multiple sites located in the Western suburbs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong empathy towards community care and will be required to have a sound knowledge in all aspects of Horticulture. With a CERT 3 in horticulture you will also need -
• Extensive plant and Irrigation systems knowledge
• Experience operating and maintaining horticultural equipment and tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Current Victorian driving licence
