Depot (Feedlot) ManagerBaldivis Pre Export Quarantineand Isolation DepotWellard Rural Exports is one of Australias largest live sheepexporters. Growth of the live sheep division within WellardRural Exports has created a senior employment opportunitywithin Australias leading livestock exporter.Our live sheep export preparation facility south of Perthprovides the springboard for our global exporting operations.The Depot Manager will be required to oversee themanagement of the facility and its staff, including logistics,maintenance, animal husbandry and compliance with liveexport protocols to ensure it continues to be a showpiece forthe Wellard group.The ideal candidate will be of good character and have strongleadership and people management skills. Previous feedlotemployment history in sheep or cattle is preferred but notessential. A keen interest in improving animal welfare andprogressive outlook will be highly regarded.Salary and benefits commensurate with the applicantsexperience and ability will be offered to the right candidatefor the role.Based in Perth, WA, Wellard sources and exports livestockfrom around Australia and is committed to the developmentof a sustainable livestock export business.
