Senior Coordinator, Student Mobility
- Fixed term until 9 July 2010
- $70,494 per annum plus 9% super

The Education Abroad Office coordinates activities associated with inbound and outbound exchange and study abroad students. The Senior Coordinator, Student Mobility develops and monitors exchange agreements and develops policies and procedures to support the operational activities of the Education Abroad Office.
Key responsiblities include:
* Manage exchange agreement process including liaising with RMIT Schools and prospective partners
* Liase with RMIT partners for marketing and promotion
* Undertake reviews of each partner, produce performance reports and recommendations
* Manage all communication and marketing collateral including the website
* Develop, review and refine policies, procedures and processes to support the Education Abroad operations
* Coordinate exchange fairs to promote mobility opportunities to current RMIT students
* Manage the travel grants and mobility scholarship program
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work across different cultures. Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills and proven intiative and expertise in problem solving is also required.
Demonstrated experience in negotiating outcomes and devising, recommending and implementing procedures and processes is essential.
