In addition to our own popular brands, we manufacture and market international brands under licence. Holeproof also sells Australian made products to several countries.

The main purpose of this role is to use fact based analysis to support and provide commercial, sales and category analysis and advice to the business. Reporting through the Holeproof Divisional Manager you will work closely with the business Brand Managers and you will influence commercial decisions across the Holeproof business.

The key tasks and responsibilities within this role will include:

  • Own and lead the category planning process for the Holeproof brands, ensuring a consistent approach is maintained to the category planning process and format
  • Provide business insights to the senior management team through sales, expenses, product costing and range planning analysis
  • Undertake demographic analysis to identify product opportunities
  • Provide reports to the business on forecasts, sales, customer and brand performance
  • Run monthly sales and operational planning reports
  • Support the sales and product team in developing analytical thinking across the business

Along with strong communication and commercial skills you will also have high-level business systems knowledge. You will also need:

  • A tertiary qualification in business or a quantative field
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales planning and analysis within a corporate environment
  • Analytical and financial analysis skills
  • Strong Excel and Access skills
  • The ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
