  • The Opportunity
    This full-time position is a new initiative for Monash University. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for telephone, web and email enquiries from prospective international students. This position will also be responsible for conducting phone and email marketing campaigns aimed at converting selected enquiries into course applications.

    Strong oral and written communication skills including an excellent telephone manner are mandatory. Experience in a customer service/sales environment and/or high volume contact centre is essential.

    The role is ideal for a person who is passionate about interacting with people, who finds fulfilment in helping customers to meet their needs and has experience in dealing with people of a variety of cultural backgrounds.

    Located at Caulfileld.

    The Benefits
    Remuneration package: $54,458 - $62,554 pa HEW Level 5 (includes employer superannuation of 9%)

    This role is a full-time position, however flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
