This Local Goverment Council is about to undergo two major council intitiatives which is part of a multi-million dollar project spanning some 10 years. They are requiring ????? ????? and Communications Consultant to start immediately on a contract role and help form and deliver this project.
Working in the Marketing and Communications department, this role will include developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans for both projects. These projects will see you liaising with internal and external stakeholders and both corporate and government sectors. These projects revolve around sustainability and the environment. You will also be working closely with the Media Relations branch and PR expertise will be desirable.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate marketing and communications experience ideally within the government sector. Community stakeholder management , project management, budget management, market and industry research, brand management will also be required. A cover letter outlining specific experience and examples relating to these key points will be of utmost importance.
On offer is the opportunity to work on two Multi-Million dollar projects within a goverment council. It will be both challenging but highly rewarding. This team is highly dynamic and there will be opportunities on the cards for ongoing work depending on performance. Remuneration will be in line with experience and roughly $40 per hour.
