Production Manager needed for company in the Northern Suburbs. This company manufactures (EPS) Expanded Poly Styrene products. A Production Manager is needed to manage the current EPS lines and future set up of a injection moulding operation.
Reporting to the GM your focus will be to manage the current production lines which involve 2 shifts and ensure manufacturing ????? ????? running to schedule and ensure quality and the correct processes. This will involve 10 staff over the 2 shifts plus team leaders. You will also be involved in setting up a new Plastic Injection Moulding Division.
The ideal person for this role will need experience in running a manufacturing ????? ????? ideally you will have Plastic Extrusion or EPS or relevant Manufacturing ????? ????? Plastic Injection Moulding experience.
You must be qualified in a technical or engineering ????? ????? further qualifications in production or business would be highly regarded.
You must be a good communicator and team leader able to make changes where necessary and focus on further development of a client orientated and performance driven culture.
