Our client, a long established prominent fashion company and a leader in its field in the development of fast forward youth and younger lifestyle street fashion (mens and womens) importing and wholesaling to major retailers requires a senior graphics design person to manage and direct the flow of projects and ongoing artwork  working together with a dedicated team. Activities include:

.Cooperatively and collaboratively discussing direction of artwork with account managers re new seasons ongoing development that reflects current trends
.Managing and maintaining work load flow within the graphics team and clearly communicating project, briefs and art direction
.Trend forecasting
.Creating artwork - placement and yardage prints, embellishments, POS material, etc and ensuring ????? ????? into the Buyer market profile
.Story board presentations to Buyers
.Prioritising and balancing workloads to ensure deadlines are met to achieve required delivery windows
.Ensuring ????? ????? of high standard
.Providing ongoing support to team members and direction of projects
.Organising all artwork to ensure it is complete and ontime for handover to Production Manager for offshore manufacturing
.Approving all artwork strikeoffs from China manufacturers

The ideal candidate must have appreciable years of relevant experience handling mens, womens and youth street and casual apparel , must have managed and led a team of graphic designers for at least 3 years and worked in a fashion apparel company, must be hands on in producing graphic art work using Illustrator and Photoshop and up to date with current trends.
