This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice wanting to start a career with a company that can offer a permanent fulltime role in a clean modern facility.
This very well established engineering shop company has been in business for over 60 years and is based in the Dandenong area. They want an apprentice for the long term, someone they can train in all aspects of the trade.
They employ over 60 staff and been in business for many years doing general engineering and jobbing type work from small jobs to large jobs. Most work is high precision low volume machining.
As an apprentice with this company you will be trained and put through various activities, most likely to start with you will work on lathes then move to other machines such as slotters, milling, grinding and then CNC machines.
To be successful for this role you MUST HAVE the following:
- 2nd or 3rd year apprentice in Fitting Machining.
- Experience in a machine shop.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Live near Dandenong area.
