To apply for this role candidates should submit their current resume and a statement addressing the following key selection criteria in blue:

  • Experience in the conduct of legal hearings in various courts and knowledge of Parliamentary procedures and legislative process.
  • Knowledge of Victorian taxation legislation, constitutional law and Victorian business, industry and commerce.
  • Proven ability to provide sound advice and opinions relating to litigation and legislation.
  • Ability to evaluate legislation and case law.
  • Demonstrated capacity to write clear and concise reports and submissions
