This Melbourne based mid-size firm is rapidly expanding and known for its commercial and strategic approach. It is seeking an ambitious Property Lawyer to join its thriving team.
You will work closely with key commercial and institutional clients on commercial matters including residential purchase and sales, building and construction contracts and litigation. There is also opportunity to expand your experience with a wide range of matters within the general areas of commercial and commercial litigation.
Ideally you will have commercial property experience and a minimum of 3 years PAE in retail or commercial leasing. Some experience in building and construction transactions and property related dispute resolution is favourable but not essential.
Excellent client relationship skills and the ability to work in a team are essential.
