$70-75k Basic + Super + Commission (Approx OTE $110)

Highly motivated and professional Business Development Manager required for industry leading document management service.
Due to expansion and an increasing market share, our client is currently looking to recruit for their Melbourne CBD office. Having a strong reputation within private corporations, governments, and legal firms, the successful candidate will be tasked with developing new opportunities for future growth and levering ????? ????? existing business as well.
This diverse role will see the BDM involved in both account management and business to business sales, spending around 70% of their time out in the field.
The services you will be promoting are Electronic Document Management Products such as Document Imaging, Coding, OCR/TEXT extraction, Scanning and Electronic Discovery.
With realistic KPIs that are expected to be met, you will need to be a disciplined and self-motivated sales professional who enjoys exceeding targets.
The successful candidate will be proactive, team focused with an understanding of the sales process and the legal environment, backed up by a track record of successful sales. The ability to communicated with people at all levels of business is also essential for this role as is a can do attitude.
A business or legal qualification would be a distinct advantage.
