One of Melbourne's most-respected and continuously growing law firms is currently seeking ambitious Commercial Litigation Lawyers (from all levels) to join their busy practice which is located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.
As the newest member to the firms dispute resolution practice, the successful candidate will work under a reputed Partner of the firm on a wide array of challenging, interesting and varied commercial litigation matters. The team which you will join specialises in the areas of
- Trade practices
- Leases, property, partnership
- Corporations law matters
- Directors, officers and shareholders
- Debt recovery
- Intellectual Property, and
- Joint venture disputes
Our client is ideally seeking candidates who possess insolvency experience, the ability to develop strong relationships with clients, a proven team and autonomous approach, strong academics, excellent communication skills, as well as a keen interest in pursuing a career in this area of law.
