The role on offer is for a Senior Commonwealth Compensation Lawyer preferably with 6+ years post qualification experience to join their growing Melbourne team. You will be responsible for running the Commonwealth compensation matters to which you will also be providing sound knowledge and advice on relevant legislation. Working on multiple matters in a high volume environment, you will have already possessed exceptional drafting skills.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working with the Commonwealth compensation scheme. In addition, you will have sound knowledge in commonwealth litigation and also a thorough understanding of both federal and state based regulations. Being equipped with excellent communications skills, ability to prioritize high volume workloads, high attention to detail and great organisational skills, will see you prosper with this organisation.
