You will be involved in complex, high-value settlements involving a range of business, personal and superannuation assets, and will work towards the resolution of matters through mediation and ADR. You areas of work will include:
- children’s matters;
- domestic violence matters;
- de facto relationship matters; and
- child support issues in relation to disputes and settlements.
