Our client is currently looking to appoint an experienced Senior Workplace Relations Advisor to play a pivotal role in their growing in-house legal team.
As the newest Senior Advisor to the Melbourne in-house legal team of this leading organisation, this role will see the successful candidate responsible for providing solid employment law advice and representation to our client on various matters including the termination of employment, dispute resolution, EEO, enterprise bargaining, general employment law; and compliance to the Fair Work Act.
Our client is ideally seeking candidates who possess
- At least 5 years employment law experience gained from a premier law firm or in-house organisation
- Exposure to the construction industry will be highly regarded, however it is not essential
- Exceptional communication, technical and drafting skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Solid leadership attributes; as well as
- A strong passion for workplace relations law
