Conveyancing & General Practice Secretary

    Our client is a law firm located in the south eastern suburbs.  At present the principal partner is seeking the expertise of an experienced legal secretary. 
     
    This part time role is predominately conveyancing but also requires secretarial assistance in other areas comprising of general litigation and family law. It is essential that you have experience in these areas, more particularly in the conveyancing sector. However, all applications demonstrating legal secretarial expertise will be considered. 
     
    Our client also requires the below criteria:
     
    Well developed interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated ability to function within a team environment and to communicate with diverse internal and external parties;
    Superior time management skills and the ability to be flexible, multi-task and meet relevant deadlines;
    Advanced proficiency in the use of computer systems including MS Word; and
    Ability to ‘think on your feet’ and problem solve.
     
    If you are seeking the flexibility of part time employment and enjoy working closer to home, then this may be the ideal position for you. The hourly rate for this position is $25 plus superannuation. An immediate start would be great!
