Personal Injuries Assistant

Our client is a south eastern suburban law firm seeking the assistance of an experienced personal injuries assistant. This role involves working as an assistant to the Principal Partner and encompasses legal secretarial/law clerk type tasks pertaining to TAC / Motor Vehicle Accidents (Statutory Benefits, no fault lump sum compensation, and Common Law compensation, for pain and suffering ????? ????? of earnings, past and future ), Accidents in Public Places (Slip and falls, Injuries from defective products, accidents at public venues), WorkCover / Work Accidents (Statutory Benefits, no fault lump sum compensation, Common Law compensation).

You will be involved in all the day to day general legal file maintenance, handle client calls and queries, dictaphone typing where necessary, and preparing ????? ????? court documents. Therefore a sound legal office background in a previous secretarial role is essential. Ideally you will have some experience in personal injuries, however all areas of litigation expertise will be considered.
